Delivery Info
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days, subject to the items ordered being in stock. If an item is not in stock you will be informed by email within 2 working days of placing your order (normally same day). It is therefore vital that when registering your details you provide a correct email address that you have regular access to (see Privacy Policy re our use of customer information).
For all orders under 2kg we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, and for any items over 2kg we use Business Post. Both of these services offer a way of tracking your parcel and, should you not be in at the time of delivery, an easy way in which to arrange for a re-delivery.
The postage rates for all UK mainland deliveries are as follows:
Orders under 2kg - £4.99 (can be tracked via www.royalmail.com)
Orders over 2kg - £5.99 (can be tracked via www.businesspost.biz)
All overseas deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International at the rate of £12.99 and an estimated delivery time will be confirmed at the point of despatch (usually 2-3 days for Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands and 3-10 days for all other countries).
Please note that there will be an additional delivery charge of £4.99 for any items that need to be re-sent as a result of having been returned to us due to customers not being in or failing to arrange re-delivery.
