Below is a summary of the Terms and Conditions listed in the appropriate sections of the site:
Product Information
All of the products sold on FightGloves.co.uk are obtained either directly from the manufacturer, or from their official suppliers.
We do not sell any items that are not official products of the brands we feature on our site, and as a result can offer a genuine guarantee against any faulty or damaged goods.
All of the products for sale on our site are held in stock, and items that are out of stock will be clearly displayed on the site for your informtation prior to you placing an order.
If for any reason you do order an item that is not in stock we will inform you of this, and of the date the item will be back in stock. At this point you may either choose to wait for the product, select an alternative, or request a full refund.
Should an item be out of stock you will be informed by email within 2 working days of placing your order (usually same day). The above options will then be given to you for you to consider. It is therefore vital that when registering your details you provide a correct email address that you have regular access to (please see our Privacy Policy regarding our use of customer information).
Delivery Information
All orders placed will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of the order (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends).
All of the products for sale by Fight Gloves are held in stock, and any items currently out of stock (or only availble by special request) will be clearly marked on the website.
For all orders under 2kg we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, and for any items over 2kg we use Business Post. Both of these services offer a way of tracking your parcel and, should you not be in at the time of delivery, an easy way in which to arrange for a re-delivery.
The postage rates for all UK mainland deliveries are as follows:
All overseas deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International at the rate of £12.99 and an estimated delivery time will be confirmed at the point of despatch (usually 2-3 days for Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands and 3-10 days for all other countries).
Please note that there will be an additional delivery charge of £4.99 for any items that are returned to us due to customers not being in or failing to arrange re-delivery.
Returns
You can return any item, with the exception of hand wraps and gum shields, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) is returned unused and in its original packaging
- The item(s) is returned no later than seven working days from the date of delivery
- Confirmation of the reason for return is provided for our records
If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to change it please note that there will be an additional delivery charge of £3.99.
Please note that we will not consider refunds under the following circumstances:
- The item has been used
- The item is damaged after having been signed for as being in good condition
- The item is returned later than seven days from the date of delivery
- The wrong colour/size item has been chosen (we will however change the item for a different colour/size, subject to the above re-delivery fee)
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return items, and for ensuring that they are sent back to our Head Office in a way that can be tracked.

All returns must be sent to our Head Office - any items sent directly to our warehouse will be refused by the staff.
Our Privacy Statement
Fight Gloves is a secure site, as shown by the Alpha SSL Pro details on the right hand side of the page, meaning that you can shop with peace of mind that any information you provide is secure.
We never have sight of any card information, as all of this is dealt with by Paypal which offers its own high levels of security.
Any details passed to us by you (our customer) will only be used for the processing and prompt delivery of your order by us and our courier companies, and to notify you of any new products or promotions exclusively offered by us.
Under no circumstances will we pass on any details to any third parties for marketing or any other reasons. We do not like spam so we do not send or support any companies who do.
For your information the couriers we use are Business Post (www.businesspost.biz) and Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com).
